It all began on a boat…
Our first date nearly didn’t happen… by design it would be a day out on lake Washington with another couple, totally safe first date. But when the other couple nearly cancelled it started to look bleak. Thankfully the other couple did figure out a way to make it despite some car trouble, and it lead to some 1:1 great conversation between Celeste & Dave in the meantime.

Our Wedding Day
Our love has steadily grown even through these tough times. We’ve both had ups and downs throughout the year and come out the other side stronger and closer than before. In the end we felt very much like Harry in the above quote. We wanted to move forward to the next chapter of our lives together; We wanted our families present; and we wanted it to feel special; and on Dec 27th, 2020 we tied the knot.
In the end it was impractical for Dave’s family to be there in person, but the day was still special and amazing. Our high tech pandemic wedding including a Zoom judge, a first time Zooming Grandma (love you grandma!), and Zoom happy hour. See more about our special day here
